Fyffes B.V. rents 950 SQ. M. of office space in Schiedam
Fyffes B.V., one of the largest fruit companies in the world, has signed a lease to rent approximately 950 sq. m. of office space from David Hart Properties XXVIII B.V.
Their new offices will be located at Havenstraat 23 in Schiedam. The contract includes 21 parking spaces in the building’s parking garage and 4 parking spaces located on the jetty next to the building.
The spit of land between Spuihaven and Willemshaven is home to two high-quality new office buildings. Havenstraat 23 was completed in mid-2013. The office building is situated in a prominent spot on the River Maas and offers an impressive view of all the goings on in the Port of Rotterdam. The building has five floors offering a total of 5,221 sq. m. of office space and features a ground-level parking garage, accommodating 100 vehicles.
