GGN rents 865 sq m at Le Mirage in Utrecht

GGN, the largest credit management organization in the Netherlands, has signed a lease contract for approximately 865 sq m office space and 15 parking spaces at Le Mirage in Utrecht. The long-term lease contract has been signed with a fund managed by Rockspring.

The high-quality office building on ‘Kanaleneiland’ was designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox. Tenants are ABN Amro Lease, Brunel and Securitas. Currently still 11.000 sq m are available for rent. The ground floor of Le Mirage has been renovated recently and offers a business lounge with a bar of Belgian coffee brand Vasco Belo.

The landlord was advised by CBRE in cooperation with Ans Wine Bedrijfshuisvesting.
