Hewlett-Packard rents 40,000 sq. m. in Venray

The American technology company Hewlett-Packard has signed a long-term lease contract with Maessen Bedrijven for approx. 40,000 sq. m. of commercial and office space in Venray. The property is currently occupied by one of HP’s contractors.

The building is located in Venray at Maasheseweg 87B, on the Smakterheide industrial estate, with easy access to the A73 motorway.

CBRE advised Hewlett-Packard in this transaction.
