Hi-Tec opens flagshipstore at Stadhouderskade Amsterdam

Hi-Tec has signed a long-term lease agreement for more than 200 sq m of retail space on the ground floor of the Byzantium building in Amsterdam (Stadhouderskade 24-B). Hi-Tec opens a new flagshipstore here from mid March. 

Byzantium is a complex in the Museum District in Amsterdam-West, surrounded by the Vondelpark, Stadhouderskade and Tesselschadestraat. It comprises of residential, office and business space and an underground parking garage. 

Rockstone acted on behalf of Hi-Tec during this transaction. CBRE supported the landlord in close cooperation with Cording Real Estate Group.
