HKU University of the Arts Utrecht leases at Nieuwekade Utrecht

Nexus Real Estate has rented the Molenburg building in Utrecht from the 1st of May 2017 (Nieuwekade) to HKU University of the Arts Utrecht for a 15-year period. HKU leases approximately 5,231 sq m of office space and 76 parking places. 

HKU and the landlord will closely cooperate the following months during the complete renovation of the building. Molenburg will be more sustainable and open in order to connect the building with the environment in the most optimal way. 

 

Molenburg office building is part of a bigger real estate portfolio that is under management by Nexus Real Estate since May 2015. Nexus Real Estate has realised the transaction on behalf of the landlord of the building. Nexus was advised by CBRE.
