Icon Real Estate purchases New Babylon in The Hague

Icon Real Estate has purchased office and retail complex New Babylon from New Babylon Den Haag B.V. Icon is the prime real estate portfolio of Victory Advisors with a focus on the Benelux. 

The sold object exists of two office buildings: City Offices (15,428 sq m) and Center Offices (18,611 sq m). New Babylon also offers space to a shopping centre on the ground and first floor (11,429 sq m). The office space is among others rented to TNO and NLO. Mango, Vero Moda, Cool Cat, AKO, SPAR and De Tuinen are the main tenants in the shopping centre.
