Industrial Securities sells 42,500 sq. m. warehouse to Exeter Property Group

Industrial Securities has sold a 38,400 sq. m. warehouse, a 1,900 sq. m. mezzanine and 2,250 sq. m. of office space in Venray to Exeter Property Group. The complex is located at Smakterweg 110-116 on Smakterheide Business Park in Venray.

The business park is easily accessible due to its proximity to the A73 motorway. Various large businesses are located on Smakterheide, including: Syncreon, Flex, XPO, Hewlett-Packard, Moduslink, Herbalife and Schneider Electric Systems.

The complex was empty when it was sold and is available for a new tenant. Exeter Property Group has appointed CBRE to assist with the letting process.
