Institutional investor sells Eindhoven office building

An institutional investor has sold the office building at Eindhoven’s Boschdijk 46-62 location to a private party. The property, built in 1988, has a total LFA of about 2,065 sq m of office space spread over four floors. The main entrance was completely renovated in 2013. Currently, over 60% of the floor space is leased to JTAG Technologies and Mercuri Urval. The purchase contract also covers 38 parking spaces behind the building. A sale price has not been disclosed.

Eindhoven’s office stock totals approximately 1.5 million square meters, making it the largest office location outside the Randstad. The property in question is located in the Nieuw Fellenoord neighbourhood of the Woensel district, north of the city centre and within walking distance of the railway station. This section of the Boschdijk location is characterised by office buildings fronting the street, and homes behind. Apartment complexes, a primary school and offices can be found adjacent to the building.

Verschuuren & Schreppers Corporate Estate Agents advised the buyer in this transaction.
CBRE Eindhoven and Mid Cap worked together to advise the seller.
