Jim Orsel becomes CBRE's new Head of Industrial & Logistics A&T

As from the first of January 2020, Jim Orsel has taken on the position of Head of Industrial & Logistics A&T at CBRE. In this role, he will be responsible for rolling out and strengthening the Industrial & Logistics department in the Netherlands and boosting the international network. Jim will also lead the Advisory & Transactions business unit within the Industrial & Logistics team.

Jim Orsel is joining CBRE from Colliers International, where he worked for around five years, also as Head of the Industrial & Logistics team. In that role, Jim was responsible for advising investors, developers and commercial clients on strategic industrial and logistical accommodation issues.

The CBRE Industrial & Logistics team provides across-the-board advice within the sector, ranging from the acquisition, sale and letting of real estate (portfolios) through to technical due diligence and sale & leaseback.
