KanAm Grund extends lease agreement with ABN Amro in Blaak 555

KanAm Grund has extended the lease agreement with ABN AMRO in the recently renovated office building Blaak 555. The long-term extension concerns approx. 6,400 sq m of office space and 31 parking places. KanAm Grund has renovated Blaak 555 and transformed the building from single-tenant to multi-tenant. 

KanAm Grund is an international real estate investment, consultancy and asset management company serving private and institutional investors. The company owns various high-end properties in the Netherlands like Laan op Zuid, Delftse Poort and Coolsingel 120 in Rotterdam. In Blaak 555 19,000 sq m of office space is still available for rent.

ABN AMRO was advised by JLL. KanAm Grund was supported and represented by CBRE, who is also involved in the renovation of the entrance area and related project management. The real estate advisor also designed the show floor on the 5th floor. The landlord was advised by Houtzager Strijker lawyers.
