Kroonenberg Groep purchases former Van Lanschot office

Kroonenberg Group has purchased the former office of Van Lanschot in the Museum district in Amsterdam.

The national monument from 1914 has a surface area of approximately 3,000 m2 and an adjacent parking site. The building is located on the corner of Concertgebouwplein and the De Lairessestraat. Kroonenberg Group is planning to renovate the monumental building.

The Amsterdam office of Van Lanschot moved last year to the E-Tower of the World Trade Center in Amsterdam where subsidiary Kempen & Co. is established as well.
Van Lanschot is the oldest independent bank of Netherlands.

Loyens & Loeff guided the sales process. CBRE and Houthoff Buruma Advocaten en Notarissen acted on behalf of Kroonenberg Groep. Van Lanschot was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff.
