Le Creuset moves to Kerkstraat in Den Bosch

Expert creator of cast iron casseroles and saucepans Le Creuset opened a new shop in Den Bosch on 1 July 2017.
long-term lease was agreed with a private lessor for 65 sq. m. of retail space on the ground floor of Kerkstraat 14.

The street name Kerkstraat was derived from Kerkplein square (also known as Annaplaats) which was home to a catholic church bearing the name Annakapel. The street is characterised by a large number of clothes shops in the upper segment.

City Real Estate advised Le Creuset during this transaction. CBRE advised tenant Smaak Amsterdam on the move.
