Leonie Kierkels joins CBRE Industrial & Logistics

On 1 August 2019, Leonie Kierkels joined the CBRE Industrial & Logistics team as an Associate Director. In this role, she will be responsible for rolling out and strengthening the Industrial & Logistics department in the Netherlands.

Leonie joins CBRE from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she worked for five years as a Senior Consultant in BNP’s asset management & corporate real estate team. Two years ago, BNP required an expansion of the Property Management department and Leonie was named Associate Director of Property Management. In this new role she was responsible for setting up, structuring and streamlining the department.

In her new position at CBRE and working from our Eindhoven offices, Leonie will mainly focus on new and existing clients for leases, purchases & mid cap in the southern part of our country, while at the same time operating as a member of the national Industrial & Logistics team.

“The experience I gained in my previous role in particular, and the confidence I gained in my own talents, will be invaluable in strengthening and expanding CBRE’s Industrial department. I’m looking forward to getting started at CBRE and to working with the team to further improve how we serve the industrial and logistics market,” says Leonie.

Mark Siezen, Executive Director Retail and Industrial & Logistics, says: “We would like to welcome Leonie to CBRE and wish her the best of luck in setting up and expanding our Industrial business in the southern part of the country. With this new addition, the team will be able to respond to the needs in the industrial and logistics real estate market even more efficiently.”

The CBRE Industrial & Logistics team offers advice in all possible areas of the sector, ranging from real estate purchases, sales, new leases and rentals to technical due diligence and sale & leaseback. More information about the team’s services can be found here.
