Lievense leases 2,100 sq. m. of office space at Republic Offices from ARC Real Estate Partners.

Lievense is an international consultancy and engineering firm in the fields of construction, infrastructure, water and the environment. With 350 employees, ten branches in the Netherlands and three abroad, Lievense is one of the country’s biggest consultancy and engineering firms. Lievense has agreed a multi-year lease for more than 2,100 sq. m. of office space in Republic Offices in Nieuwegein.

The Republic Offices building is located at Ringwade 41 in Nieuwegein. The lease covers approximately 400 sq. m. on the fourth floor and approximately 800 sq. m. on the fifth and sixth floors. The agreement also includes 41 parking spaces in the building’s parking facility.

The 'Republic Offices’ office complex is located directly on the Vaartsche Rijn canal and is conveniently located close to the A12 access road and the nearby tram stop to get to Utrecht Central Station. The entire complex consists of seven buildings and offers a grand total of 46,000 sq. m. of office space. Currently, a campus is under construction with various communal facilities for tenants such as a fully-staffed reception desk, a company restaurant and a central social area where tenants can work and relax together.
