Logicx Mobiliteit opens new 1,400 sq. m. head office in HNK Apeldoorn

HNK Vastgoed B.V. has signed a long-term lease contract with Logicx Mobiliteit for HNK Apeldoorn at Boogschutterstraat 1-43 in Apeldoorn. Logicx will occupy approximately 1,400 sq. m. of office space on the second floor. The company will also lease 44 permanent parking spaces and 6 additional parking spaces on a flexible basis.

HNK is short for Het Nieuwe Kantoor (The New Office) and is part of office investor NSI. NSI’s new concept meets the growing demand for more flexible and full-service housing concepts. With fourteen locations, this is the ultimate network and working location for established businesses and multinationals, but also for flex workers and start-ups. The concept fits in well with the desire of companies to lease office space, work and hold meetings efficiently.

Logicx is part of ANWB and delivers replacement vehicles, recovery and transport for breakdowns and accidents in the Netherlands and abroad. With a network of more than 20 locations throughout the Netherlands, Logicx offers national coverage 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

The organisation selected HNK because of the ‘shared services’ concept and the flexibility this concept offers. The Sociaal Hart (The Social Heart) and the flexible meeting rooms fit the manner of working preferred by Logicx. The national coverage allows staff to use all fourteen HNK locations.
