L'Oreal introduces new formula in Kalverstraat Amsterdam
L’Oréal expects to introduce her new formula NYX Cosmetics in the Netherlands this November. Beauty lovers and make-up artists can buy professional makeup and beauty products in this first Dutch store. NYX Professional MakeUp, named after the Greek goddess who ruled the night and symbolized beauty and power, is known for high-quality, professional makeup at accessible prices. NYX is a global brand available in over 70 countries at thousands of retailers and is also available in the webstore.
The French brand has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 85 sq m of retail space in Amsterdam (Kalverstraat 12). Secondary space above the store is also part of the lease. The landlord is Vischjager, a private investor.
CBRE acts exclusively on behalf of NYX cosmetics and is in search for more retail space in Rotterdam, Utrecht and the Hague. The landlord was advised by KroesePaternotte. The formula also recently opened a shop in Gent, Belgium. CBRE was also involved as a consultant in this transaction.
