Lucardi expands in Utrecht and Zwolle

Lucardi has agreed on two new lease agreements for retail space in Utrecht and Zwolle. The jeweler leases 90 sq m at Diezerstraat 61, the most important shopping street in Zwolle. Secondary space on the 1st floor is also part of the contract. Muller Bedrijfs Onroerend Goed represented the landlord, a private investor.

The retailer has opened its doors in Utrecht since the 1st of October (Bakkerstraat 6-8). They agreed on a new long-term contract with Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance for 70 sq m on the ground floor and secondary space on the upper floors. Cushman & Wakefield advised Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance during this transaction.

CBRE acted on behalf of Lucardi during both transactions and is also looking for retail space in Maastricht, Groningen and Tilburg.
