Maarsen Group rents approximately 5,490 sq m in Prinsenhof

Prinsenhof Vastgoed, a company of the Maarsen Group, and ICL Holding The Netherlands have agreed on a new, long-term lease for office space in Prinsenhof (Koningin Wilhelminaplein 30, Amsterdam). ICL will establish its European headquarters here including the European shared service center and global purchase center. ICL expects to house 290 highly trained, international employees of which 250 will be new employees.

The agreement covers about 5,490 sq m of office space on the 3rd to the 7th floor and 140 parking spaces in the underlying parking garage. With this transaction Prinsenhof is fully rented. As part of the contract, it was agreed that both tenant and landlord will invest in the facilities in the building. The company restaurant, reception and meeting facilities will get an upgrade.

Prinsenhof is located next to the World Fashion Center in Amsterdam. The A10 ring road makes for a great local and regional access by car. In addition, the building is surrounded by several public transport links, allowing easy access to the city centre of Amsterdam.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction. CBRE acted on behalf of the Maarsen Group.
