Marikenstraat welcomes five new fashion stores

Over the past six months, five new fashion stores have opened their doors in Nijmegen’s Marikenstraat. Comma, S. Oliver, Moda Paris, Charlie & Goods and Samo Fashion have each opened a retail outlet here. With these five new additions, the range of shops is more varied than ever before. This has helped the Marikenstraat enhance its fashion retail provision, adding to its various catering establishments, food specialty stores and retail outlets related to personal care, lifestyle and leisure.

Several tenants have also renewed their lease, including State of Art and Dedicated. The fashion brands, Claudia Sträter and OPEN32, will also continue to be enduring features of the Marikenstraat in the upcoming years. Much like The Sting, with its new Cotton Club formula.

The Marikenstraat has 44 retail outlets spread over two shopping levels. Its architecture, the range of goods and services on offer, plus its location in Nijmegen’s city centre make this a very special high street.

CBRE manages the Marikenstraat shopping centre on behalf of the landlords, Metaal en Techniek Pension Fund, the Metalektro Pension Fund Foundation and EPISO 4 Leo Marikenstraat B.V.
