Mazars signs lease for 4,047 sq m in Eurogate II in Rotterdam
Mazars Paardekooper Hoffman N.V. and MEAG have recently signed a long-term lease agreement for office space in Eurogate II in Rotterdam (Watermanweg 44-88). The lease concerns 4,047 sq m of office space and 79 parking places. Mazars will accommodate its Rotterdam office and Dutch headquarters of Mazars Accountants and Belastingadviseurs here. Eurogate II is located in Rotterdam Alexander next to Alexandrium.
CBRE advised Mazars during the relocation process, including the establishment of the program of requirements and the rent of the office space. CBRE will also realize the project management for the new office layout. MEAG was assisted by JLL and de Mik bedrijfshuisvesting. Fris Investment Care acted on behalf of the landlord as Property Manager and Lexence Advocaten en Notarissen assisted with regard to the legal aspects.
