The philosophy behind The Core
The Core is a 50-year-old former garage that we have now given a new lease of life as sustainable, state-of-the-art office space. It’s a place where innovation comes to life and entrepreneurship can flourish. Because when people have the chance to work in an innovative atmosphere and develop their own individual style of working, they are happier and more productive, which also makes them more successful.
The Core is our response to many of the trends of today and tomorrow.

Innovation and style of working
In The Core, we work closely with our clients to design working environments that respond to the evolving needs of their employees. And within our organisation, too, we aim to create an informal, innovation-led working environment that gives all our employees the space to develop their own style of working, whatever their position, department or specialisation. This is essential, because we realise how much our employees value freedom of choice and the opportunity to develop their own entrepreneurial spirit.

4 styles of working: in broad terms, we differentiate between Thinkers, Doers, Creatives and Analysts
4 zones: we have created a zone for every type, to suit each person’s productive flow. The Workshop is a hotbed of teamwork and the Client Lab is all about co-creation with clients, while the Library is a place for quiet, focused working. And all the different zones come together in the Café: a place to meet and cooperate in a relaxed setting – with great catering!
4 core elements: a Healthy working environment, setting the standard when it comes to Sustainability, measuring the performance of the building using Smart Tech facilities, and support for Cooperation and Co-creation everywhere you look.
