MediaMarkt and Decathlon in Amsterdam sold
CBRE Global Investors has sold two retail objects on behalf of the CBRE Dutch Retail Fund in Amsterdam Southeast. (ArenA Boulevard) The purchaser is Real I.S. AG, for one of the institutional funds of the company.
The objects are located at ArenA boulevard and rented to Media Markt and Decathlon who both signed long-term lease contracts. The total space comprises more than 14,000 sq m.
