New tenant @The Bridge in Capelle aan de IJssel
Deka Immobilien GmbH, landlord of office building @The Bridge in Capelle aan den IJssel, has contracted a new tenant. Pitney Bowes, in 2015 operating under a new name (Intimus), has signed a long-term lease contract for approximately 800 sq m office space on the 6th floor, and 18 parking spaces.
Recently the building @The Bridge has been partially renovated by the landlord. The office floors are all equipped with new toilets and new ceilings with daylight and energy efficient lighting.
CBRE acted on behalf of the landlord, in co-operation with Parc Brokers. At the moment there is still approximately 3,900 sq m of office space available for rent.
