NGT International B.V. extends lease in Central Post Rotterdam

NGT International B.V., part of Swisscom AG, has once again committed itself to the Central Post office building. The lease agreement with landlord Central Post I BV has been extended for the long term and covers approximately 1,900 sq. m. of offices and seven parking spaces in the car park below.

Richard Willekes, who represented the interests of NGT International through his company RWRES B.V., points out Central Post is the best strategic fit for the ambitions and future housing needs of NGT International.

Central Post is one of the most iconic buildings that date from Rotterdam’s post-World War II period of reconstruction. The building was constructed in the 1950s and previously served as a mail sorting centre. It underwent thoroughly renovations from 2007 to 2009 and was redeveloped into a modern office building with excellent parking facilities. The Central Post building is fully let and therefore counts as one of the best-functioning office buildings in the Central Business District.

On this lease transaction, NGT International B.V. was advised by RWRES B.V. Central Post I B.V. was represented by CBRE.
