Nosuch Company extends lease of Schiecentrale

Design and communications agency NoSuch Company has extended the multi-year lease of approximately 600 sq. m. of office space in Rotterdam.

The office space at Schiehavenkade is part of the Schiecentrale complex at Lloydpier with a total lettable floor area of approximately 34,000 sq. m. Schiecentrale saw the birth of innovations in the audiovisual, creative and IT industries.

Molenaar Bedrijfshuisvesting advised the landlord, the City of Rotterdam, in the extension of the lease. Verwey Vastgoed will be handling asset management on behalf of the owner. CBRE was advisor to the tenant.
