INTERNOS Global Investors has agreed on a long-term extension of the lease with Nysingh Advocaten-Notarissen for her Dutch Active Fund. It concerns approximately 2,745 sq m of office space, 295 sq m archive space and 32 parking places in Rijnstede building in Arnhem (Velperweg 10). Various large office occupiers like Dirkzwager Advocaten en Notarissen, Van Lanschot Bankiers, ING and Akzo are located in the vicinity.
