Nysingh opens office on Utrecht's Maliebaan
Nysingh advocaten-notarissen opens an office at Maliebaan 83 in Utrecht. The legal service provider has signed a long-term lease contract with lessor MRIJ C.V. The agreement covers approximately 400 sq.m. of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors and six on-site parking spaces.
The office space will be completely renovated, and from this summer onwards, Nysingh will be operating from Utrecht. By opening this office, Nysingh (which already has offices in Apeldoorn, Zwolle and Arnhem) will be strengthening its national position. Bordered by stately, historic buildings and rows of beautiful trees, Maliebaan is an exceptionally fine office location. The property at number 83 was built in 1883.
