Office building De Poort in Amsterdam sold

PATRIZIA has sold the De Poort office building at Paalbergweg 44-46 in Amsterdam to Trinity Vastgoed B.V. The property has a lettable area of over 5,000 sq. m. with a total of 73 parking spaces.

De Poort is a multi-tenant office building in Amsterdam Zuidoost with a presentable entrance and ample parking space. The building is easily accessible by car due to its convenient location close to the A2 and A9 motorways and public transport. Train and metro station Holendrecht is mere minutes away.

CBRE advised PATRIZIA on the sale. Trinity Vastgoed B.V. was assisted by investment manager Attestor LLP and asset manager DutchRE. Trinity recently bought a large portfolio in Zuidoost, including the 30,000 sq. m. Amsterdam Health and Technology Centre. De Poort will be added to this portfolio.
