Yard Internet, SBSU (foundation for social worker neighbourhood teams, ed.) and Solvo each signed a long-term lease for office space at De Hoogt at Beneluxlaan 2-6 in Utrecht.

De Hoogt is a residential tower with office space on the lower floors. An extensive renovation of the main entrance and office buildings is scheduled for the first quarter of this year. The property is easily accessible by car as Beneluxlaan/Europalaan are directly connected to the A2 and the A12. Utrecht Central Station is quickly accessible by tram, which stops right in front of the entrance. There are various facilities in the area, such as shops and restaurants.
