PCOU Willibrord leases 2,500 sq. m. of office space at Atoomweg, Utrecht
PCOU Willibrord plans to sublet 2,500 sq. m. of office space at Atoomweg 111 in Utrecht. The foundation is responsible for 31 primary schools and special needs education schools, plus 11 secondary schools, and has agreed a lease with sublessor Kuehne + Nagel.
After moving several of their departments to their head offices in Rotterdam, 4,000 sq. m. of office space became available in the Kuehne + Nagel building. The office space is directly adjacent to a 45,000 sq. m. logistics centre. All available floorspace has now been sublet and Kuehne + Nagel plans to continue leasing the remaining office space.

The offices with a logistics complex at Atoomweg are located on the Lage Weide business park. Lage Weide hosts various other major businesses such as Hema, Ziggo and Polaroid Eyewear Netherlands. The complex is easily accessible from the A2 motorway and the northern orbital road around Utrecht.
