Pegamento leases 1,160 sq. m. on De Breul estate in Zeist

The software company Pegamento has entered into a lease agreement with Aroundtown for 1,160 sq. m. of office space in the De Breul office complex at Arnhemseweg 160 in Zeist.

The De Breul office complex consists of four office villas and is located within the De Breul estate, which is over 200 years old and was originally designed by the landscape architect David Jan Zocher. The estate provides plenty of green space and natural beauty. The location is also easily accessible. The railway station at Driebergen-Zeist is 1.5 km away, and the centre of Zeist is only a few minutes away by car. Several other companies are located in the immediate vicinity such as WNF, Triodos and Essity.

The lessor, Aroundtown Holding B.V., was advised by CBRE regarding this transaction. Pegamento, the tenant, was represented by Cresa.
