Principal Real Estate Europe, the European branch of Principal Real Estate Investors, has sold an office building in De Meern to Synvest Dutch Real Estate NV. The property in question is a high-quality office building located at Rijnzathe 12 in De Meern. Current tenants include Xerox, New Babylon Gardens and SuzoHapp.

The building is situated on the Oudenrijn business park at a high-profile location close to the A12 motorway. The property measures approximately 6,700 sq. m. plus 113 parking spaces, was built in 2003 and has energy label A.

The vendor received legal advice from VBC Notaries and Source Law and was commercially represented in this transaction by CBRE. The buyer received legal advice from VAD Notarissen and commercial advice from Savills.
