The property in question is a high-quality office building located at Rijnzathe 12 in De Meern. Current tenants include Xerox, New Babylon Gardens and SuzoHapp.

The building is situated on the Oudenrijn business park at a high-profile location close to the A12 motorway. The property measures approximately 6,700 sq. m. plus 113 parking spaces, was built in 2003 and has energy label A.
