Private investor acquires residential complex in Nieuwegein

A private investor has acquired residential complex 'De Nieuwe Baten' in Nieuwegein from Stichting de Baten. It concerns a relatively new complex that comprises 30 rented three-room apartments with a size varying from approx. 95 - 104 sq m. The purchase agreement also covers 30 parking spaces in the underlying garage.
De Nieuwe Baten was sold for € 4,25 million.
