Private investor buys Madoura office building

A private investor has purchased the Madoura office building at Anna van Saksenlaan 8-10 in The Hague from Onderlinge ’s-Gravenhage. The total floor space is approx. 2,800 sq. m. and the office building boasts an A Energy Label.

The property is located in De Groene Schenk business district near Bezuidenhout-Oost in The Hague. The seller will rent the property from the private investor and, once renovations are complete, it will house Onderlinge ’s-Gravenhage’s new offices.

CBRE supervised the sale on behalf of Onderlinge ’s-Gravenhage, with the involvement of the Capital Markets, Capital Advisors and Development Services departments. Osborne Clarke acted as the seller’s legal advisor.
