Private investor sells logistics property in Lelystad to Tristan and ARC

A private investor has sold the logistics property located at Pascallaan 88 in Lelystad to Tristan Capital Partners and ARC Real Estate Partners. The property, comprising a high-quality logistics building, is currently fully leased to Kyocera Senco Netherlands B.V.

The building is situated in the Larserpoort business park at a location close to the A6 motorway near Lelystad, and just a few minutes' drive from Lelystad Airport. The building has approximately 11,750 sq. m. of floorspace in total and includes office space as well as logistics space, plus 60 parking spaces.

The property was built in 2005 and was enlarged in 2009. The adjacent greenfield site is available for future development and belongs to the property.
