Prodelta rents 5,460 sq m at distriport Benelux Rotterdam
ProDelta and Kuehne + Nagel have signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 4,633 sq m warehouse, 642 sq m office space, 522 sq m mezzanine floor and 1,571 sq m on the adjacent site at the distriport Benelux complex in Rotterdam (Butaanweg 5-B/C).
The northern tip of Distriport Benelux consists of over 28,000 sq m of logistic space spread over 10 equivalent units suitable for the storage of merchant's goods and hazardous substances.
Unique is that Prodelta has requested an "umbrella environmental permit" to service her tenants. This way tenants don't have to request for a seperate environmental permit and avoid long procedures. Distriport Benelux is multimodal (easy accessible by water, road and rail).
