Property Works leases 1,650 sq. m. in De Meern

Property Works recently signed a lease agreement for 1,650 sq. m. of office space at Rijnzathe 12 in Utrecht’s De Meern district. The company will lease floors five and six of the office building. SUZOHAPP Netherlands signed a lease for 2,000 sq. m. on the ground floor and first floor earlier this year. With this latest lease, approximately 55% of the building has been let in the last three months.

Owned by Principal Real Estate, the office building is located at the Oudenrijn office complex on Utrecht’s western flank, along the A12 motorway. The building offers a total floor space of approximately 6,600 sq. m. across seven floors and has its own spacious underground car park.

Property Works provides customers with office space and meeting and conference centres at four locations in the Netherlands, all in the high-quality segment. At its new location in De Meern, it will offer full-service flexible workplaces, individual office units and meeting rooms in a modern corporate environment, under the Gardens Business Centres label. Other Property Works locations include New Babylon in The Hague, Oudlaen Vergaderen in Utrecht and Atrium Meeting Centre in Amsterdam.
