PSYQ and I-Psy agree lease on 1,900 sq. m. at Euclideslaan in Utrecht

PSYQ and I-Psy, part of Parnassia Groep, have agreed a long-term lease for 1,962 sq. m. of the office building at Euclideslaan 151-191 in Utrecht. The agreement includes the lease for the ground floor up to the third floor and 43 parking spaces on the building’s own site.

The entire building of 3,951 sq. m. is now fully let. The offices enjoy a prime location in Rijnsweerd business park, close to the main A28 and A27 motorways.

The organisations that are part of Parnassia Groep provide professional help to people with psychological problems. The other building tenant is OGD ICT services.

The former owner of the building was advised in this transaction by CBRE. Amgea Vastgoed Adviseurs acted on behalf of the landlord, Parnassia Groep.

The building was one of twelve office buildings recently sold to a joint-venture involving the Dutch company QUAN Investors and Anglo-American firm Harbert Management Corporation.
