Real Estate Growth Fund acquires 16,500 sq. m. in Genemuiden

Real Estate Growth Fund has purchased an office and industrial building at Nylonstraat 7 in Genemuiden. Built in 2009, the building has a total of 16,500 sq. m of floor space. The lettable space includes around 14,000 sq. m. of industrial accommodation and 2,500 sq. m. of office space. The building has been sold by Borghese Real Estate, which also developed the building in 2009. It is currently let to GreenFields on a long-term basis.

Borghese Real Estate develops a range of properties in the Netherlands, including offices, hotels, homes and wholesale and retail buildings. Together with end users, suitable new accommodation is increasingly taking the form of sustainable, practical and modern solutions. Interesting examples include the accommodation for RAM Mobile in Utrecht, BETAP in Genemuiden and BMW alongside the A10 ring road in Amsterdam.

During negotiations, Real Estate Growth Fund was assisted by Loyens en Loeff. CBRE advised Borghese Real Estate via its MidCap Investments department.
