Rentokil establishes new headquarters in The Hague

Rentokil Initial and European Balanced Property Fund FCP., an Aberdeen Asset Management PLC investment fund, have signed a new long-term lease agreement for their new headquarters in The Hague. The lease concerns approximately 2,200 sq m of office space in The iBuilding (Oude Middenweg 75).

The iBuilding is located in Forepark the Hague, directly at the junction of 4 major highways and with connection to various public transport stations. The large, column-free floors make the building very suitable for an innovative workplace concept. At the moment there is still approximately 2,200 sq m available for rent.

JLL acted on behalf of Rentokil Initial in this transaction. CBRE was involved as the advisor of the landlord.
