RHO Adviseurs leases 1500 sq. m. in Delftse Poort

RHO Adviseurs, a specialist in all aspects of spatial planning, has signed a long-term lease for more than 1500 sq. m. of office space on the 35th and 36th floors of Tower A in the Delftse Poort complex at Weena 505, Rotterdam.

“This new office suits us perfectly,” says Monique Lammens, Director of RHO. “We have a spectacular view of the city from here. This means that our planning consultants can actually see a large part of their working area from their own office. That’s inspiring.”

Delftse Poort was completely renovated in 2016-2019 and is now one of the most complete multi-tenant office complexes in Rotterdam. Approximately 17,000 sq. m. have been leased since the renovation, leaving about 13,000 sq. m. still available. It is situated right next to Rotterdam’s central station and so very accessible.

New tenant RHO Adviseurs was supported in this transaction by OPUS 10 Tenant Consultancy. The landlord, CBRE Global Investors, was advised by CBRE BV in co-operation with De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting.
