RIMOWA leases retail space in Amsterdam

RIMOWA will open a new store in October in Amsterdam (P.C. Hooftstraat 47). The German family-run company, that is among others known for the production of the suitcase with the characteristic groove shell structure, has signed a long-term agreement with a private investor. The store comprises approximately 100 sq m.

The P.C. Hooftstraat is a shopping street in the Museum District in the South of Amsterdam. It is one of the most expensive shopping streets in the Netherlands. Several Dutch and international & exclusive brands have stores here. This area is also known for the presence of various museums and restaurants.

KroesePaternotte acted on behalf of the landlord and B&O Retail supported departing tenant Cosmic Cowboys.
CBRE advised RIMOWA during this transaction.
