Royal Dutch Kentalis leases office space at Van Vollenhovenlaan Utrecht

Royal Dutch Kentalis has agreed a long-term lease for 3,200 sq. m. of office space at Van Vollenhovenlaan 659-661 in Utrecht with the property’s landlord, a private investor.

Kentalis is a national organisation for people who are deaf, have severe-to-profound hearing loss, or are deaf-blind, have a linguistic development disorder or have multiple communicative disabilities. Kentalis provides examinations, diagnosis, education and care.

The new offices at Van Vollenhovenlaan 659-661 are centrally located in an office building in Kanaleneiland, Utrecht, close to the Nova shopping centre. The tram stop is a stone’s throw away, and the tram only takes ten minutes to get to Utrecht CS. There are fast and direct connections to the A2 and A12 motorways (to Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam, The Hague and Den Bosch).

CBRE advised the landlord. Tenant Kentalis was advised by Waltmann Bedrijfshuisvesting.
