Rubens Capital Partners sells De Brug Health Centre in Utrecht

Rubens Capital Partners has sold De Brug Health Centre in Utrecht to Cortese Capital Management BV, where it will become part of the Cortese HealthCare V fund. De Brug Health Centre is located on the Amsterdamsestraatweg in the Zuilen area, to the northwest of the city centre of Utrecht. The health centre comprises approximately 3,600 sq. m. and is fully let to various healthcare tenants, including four general practitioners, a dentist and a midwifery practice.

The vendor received legal advice from Core Notariaat and commercial advice from CBRE.
