Rubens Capital Partners sells De Wel 34-36 in Hoevelaken

Rubens Capital Partners has sold the property at De Wel 34-36 in Hoevelaken to Bouw & Ontwikkeling Evert de Lange BV on behalf of the IBUS Workout Fonds C.V.

The building is located on the Horstbeek business park along the A1 motorway and has approximately 1,449 sq. m. of office space LFA, 1,636 of commercial space LFA, 43 parking spaces and an occupancy rate of 66%.

CBRE advised the buyer, Bouw & Ontwikkeling Evert de Lange NV, in this transaction. Rubens Capital Partners was represented by JLL.
