Rubens Capital Partners sells residential care facility De Magistraat

Rubens Capital Partners has sold residential care facility De Magistraat at Henegouwerlaan 70-82 in Rotterdam to Holland Immo Group. The proposition will become part of the IMMO Zorgwoningfonds 4 healthcare fund.

De Magistraat is an impressive property built in 1913 and located in the centre of Rotterdam. The building served as a maternity ward and vocational training school for midwives and was fully renovated and modified to the requirements for residential care facilities in 2007. Today the complex consists of 35 spacious residential care apartments between 50 and 127 sq. m. plus 45 parking spaces in an underground parking facility. Since the renovation the location has been leased under a long-term contract to Domus Magnus, an organisation that provides 24/7 care aimed at seniors who require light to more intensive care.
