Søstrene Grene opens store in The Hague
The new Danish retail concept Søstrene Grene will open a store in The Hague this October. The retail chain recently announced the opening of a store in Amsterdam. Søstrene Grene agreed on a long-term lease agreement with developer Provast and landlord Redevco for approx. 820 sq m of retail space in The Hague (Spuistraat 46-48). CBRE acted on behalf of Provast during this transaction. Søstrene Grene was found in 1973 in Denmark. The formula now has several stores in Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Sweden, France and Spain.
On behalf of Søstrene Grene, CBRE is searching for retail space in other cities in the Netherlands, among others Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Amersfoort, Den Bosch and Utrecht.
