Stichting Stadgenoot sells Furore Retail Amsterdam

Stichting Stadgenoot has sold the commercial enterprises on the ground floor of Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat 46 and 60-64 in Amsterdam. J.H.F. Schopman and Zonen B.V., a private investor, purchased the 553 sq m of commercial space in Amsterdam-West. The purchaser owns an extensive real estate portfolio managed by AHAM.

Furore Retail consists of 3 stores and an office. The space is rented to Vlaamsch Broodhuysch, Grapedistrict, Juice & Salad and media company Suikerdepot (Office). The upper social housing remains in possession of Stichting Stadgenoot. The entire complex is built in 2008 and was designed by Kruunenberg van der Erve Architecten. It is located in the Helmersbuurt, a residential area near the Vondelpark which is characterized by a diverse mix of restaurants and daily facilities.
