SUBWAY formula chooses establishment in Bossche Boulevard
A fund managed by Rockspring, has signed a new long-term lease agreement with SUBWAY® restaurants for approximately 82 sq m in Den Bosch (Tinnegieterstraat 24). The retail unit is part of the Bossche Woonboulevard, a shopping centre for home furnishing products. SUBWAY® formula is the world's largest organization in the Quick Service Industry with 43,000 offices in 108 countries. SUBWAY® restaurants offers daily fresh baked bread and a variety of other food and drinks.
Bossche Boulevard is part of the fund PanEuropean Property The Bossche Boulevard (Netherlands) Ltd since 2011. In March 2015, 10,000 sq m newly built retail space will be added to the current shopping centre. With this addition the centre will consist of approximately 50,000 sq m of retail space. The current building has been fully let. There are still 2 units available for rent in the new part of the Bossche Boulevard. CBRE acted as advisor of landlord Rockspring.
