Syntrus Achmea sells Hermitage retail centre in Zaandam
Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has sold the Hermitage retail centre in Zaandam to Corum. The Hermitage retail centre consists of approx. 12,800 sq. m. spread across 11 units and is completely let, with tenants that include Pathé, Albert Heijn, MediaMarkt and New Yorker.
Hermitage was developed in 2010 by Multi, as part of the Inverdan city-centre project in Zaandam. Since it was completed, the retail centre has been owned by Syntrus Achmea, which represented one of its clients in the transaction. Zaandam is located near Amsterdam.
The vendor was advised by CBRE and NautaDutilh. Corum, the seller, was assisted by DLA Piper.
